E-1 and E-2 Firehouse Sauce is packaged for 3-4 servings per jar. One jar one pound of rigatoni and one pound of grilled chicken breast for Chicken Riggies. boil pasta drain and rinse.Grill chicken breast until temperature reaches 160 degrees cut into strips. Heat sauce to 160 degrees add chicken and pour over hot pasta.Optional (parmessian cheese,jalepenos,onions,black olives)
For a spicey Meatloaf or Meatballs add half a jar of E-1 or E-2 Firehouse Sauce to three pounds of meat mixture.Optional jalepeno,onions,peppers or cheddar cheese. Add remaining sauce to the top of the meatloaf or meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Nacho chip dip heat and serve as is.Optional (cheddar cheese,black olives,peppers,onions)
Chicken Riggie Pizza. Pour half the jar of E-1 or E-2 Firehouse Sauce over a prepared pizza shell add grilled chicken ,black olives,peppers. Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 degrees for approx, 20 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown.
